Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports writes that the general sense among teams is that Shin-Soo Choo will sign if he gets an eight-year deal.
Previous reports indicated that he was looking for a deal in the range of Jacoby Ellsubry's seven-year, $153 million contract with the Yankees, but it appears that he's aiming higher. Passan hears that he already has one seven-year offer on the table. The 31-year-old outfielder has been mentioned in connection with the Mariners and Rangers in recent days.

ps: 7년을 드디어 관철 시켰네요 ㅎㄷㄷ 이제 8년을 기대하고 펌프질 중인듯 합니다 아마도 텍사스는 7년은 포함 안된거 같네요 ㅎㅎ jd도 고민 될거 같네요 가만 있으면 그냥 약크루즈나 트레이드를 통한 방법밖에 없으니 ㅎㅎ
